Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

All software, branding, website content, designs, logos, graphics, documentation, and technology belong exclusively to VisionextCloud.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

We strive to maintain uninterrupted service.

However, temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, technical updates, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

VisionextCloud may integrate with:

• WhatsApp Business API
• Google Services
• Meta (Facebook)
• Email Service Providers
• Analytics Platforms

Use of these services is subject to their respective policies and terms.

VisionextCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

Users are responsible for how they use the software and services.

VisionextCloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Misuse the platform
• Fail to make required payments
